vG Precision Consulting was founded on a hard-won conviction: most brands don't fail from lack of vision - they fail because the founder is still the bottleneck at every single decision, process, and project. The back office is held together with duct tape, the digital presence is an afterthought, and the team is waiting on the person who started it all.
We fix that. With over a decade of hands-on experience running operations for multi-brand animal health companies, equine businesses, and construction operations, vGPC brings COO-level execution to businesses that aren't ready for a full-time hire - but can't afford to keep operating without one.
Based in Auburn, Alabama. Serving clients remotely nationwide. Intentionally small - because the work demands it.

Jess von Gal is the founder of vG Precision Consulting. She has over a decade of experience in brand operations and project management, working with equine, animal health, and small business brands. Her background includes managing operations for FullBucket Health and 6666 Equine Supplements, including product launches, platform migrations, and multi-brand coordination. She also co-owns Montgomery Metal Works, a metal fabrication business in Tallassee, Alabama. Jess is an AQHA all-around competitor based in Auburn, Alabama.
